2. What is shipping cost?
Shipping cost is the cost involved in transporting your purchased items from the origin to the destination. This is different from product purchase cost.
3. Duties & Taxes
Some items are duty free and so you won’t have to pay duties, taxes and other clearing costs. Other items require duties, taxes and clearing charges. Dutiable and Non-Dutiable items are both determined by destination customs and so you will be informed about any obligations when your item(s) arrive. You can choose to clear yourself after you pay shipping cost, or let our shipping partner candle the customs clearance.

6. Are there any Sign up fees?
No it is completely free to sign up.
7. Can I use my own shipping company?
Yes, after you purchase from Afrishop you can arrange your own shipping.
8. How can I order?
You can order using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, then you input the address you want the package to be delivered. Our system will generate the shipping fee which is added to the cost of the product, then you process to checkout.
9. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, kindly do so as soon as possible before the package is processed.
